i4T Global

I’m the CPO & COO of i4T Global – In this role, I’m mentoring, leading and managing a team of 30+ employees, including software architects, tech-leads, full-stack engineers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers and a branding & marketing unit. I give them direction in Digital Innovation & Product Strategy, to develop the most Innovative Customer Experience Management (CX/XM) Platform for the Field Service Management, Real Estate/Strata & Facilities Management sectors.

World Summit Awards

I’m a Member of the Grand Jury for the World Summit Awards Global Contest organised within the framework of the United Nations, that selects and promotes the world’s best Disruptive Digital Innovation Technologies with Positive Impact on Society. I’m also appointed as the National Expert for Australia by the UN WSA to spearhead the World Summit Awards Australian Chapter.

Prior to taking up the CPO & COO position at i4Tradies in 2017, I worked as the Head Of Operations & Product Development at hSenid Software International. Over my 10+ years’ career at hSenid Group, I have managed 50+ large, highly scalable IT projects spanning across multiple sectors varying from Telco, HR, e-Commerce, Finance, Healthcare, and Entertainment.


I have a strong passion for Mobile Apps and have managed over 70 Mobile App projects during my tenure at hSenid Group. I also Co-Founded mobile/wearable apps FlipBeats & Expense Tracker 2.0

These Apps won numerous international awards to-date while generating enormous media buzz and user satisfaction. These apps collectively had close to 1 million downloads worldwide across multiple platforms.

NDB Bank

Before joining hSenid Software International in 2006, I worked as an MIS Consultant to NDB Bank reporting directly to the Banks’ top management.

I have an MBA with Distinction from the Cardiff Metropolitan University (UWIC) UK and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University College Dublin (UCD), National University of Ireland (NUI).
